We are happy to announce that Henrik Kongsbak is joining Ideanote as our Chairman of the Board. We have been collaborating with Henrik over the last 6-8 months, and are now pleased that we can formalize our partnership in Henrik taking the chair of the board.

Henrik comes with a background of 20 years of consulting for some of the top Scandinavian private companies, including Novo Nordisk, LEGO, Haldor Topsøe and NNE as well as public organisations like the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, NRK, Ministry of Culture, and numerous municipalities like Gentofte, Copenhagen and others.

He brings an in-depth knowledge of how we better can help teams and companies to unleash the ideas and insights of their people and make ideas matter.

Why is Henrik joining?

About his decision to join Ideanote Henrik says himself:

“For more than 20 years I have been assisting private and public companies in building their leadership to unleash their people potential to create more value for their customers, patients and citizens. Throughout this period of time, I have witnessed what the collective minds of people can accomplish when given the chance to participate, build and execute on their insights and ideas. Most companies have a huge potential to grow their business substantially if just they were able to address the insight and ideas of their people and translate it into real action.”

Ideanote has built an easy-to-use digital platform for teams and organizations to do just that: a platform that builds on the collective insight of their people to build their business faster.

I see a huge potential for companies to grow their business using Ideanote in an easy, cheap way that is applicable no matter how they are running their business today. On top of that, it has the potential to boost their people engagement, build cross-functional collaboration, and stay focused on what is most critical to the business.”
